Caboose Breakfast Cookout, Mission House

Enjoy a traditional Caymanian style breakfast including porridge, fritters, local eggs, sweet plantain, cassava cake, swanky, coffee and fever grass tea. 

Guests will also have an opportunity to watch a demo on how to make your own 'Smoke Pan' which was traditionally used to help keep mosquitoes away, followed by a complimentary tour of the Mission House.
