The wine list, curated by their in-house sommelier, Nicola Picco, is influenced by the world’s top wine producers, including the Eastern Mediterranean, Spain, France and Italy. As well as the classics, Aria has a list of triumphant cocktails to choose from. Their Green Garden cocktail, with Tried and True vodka, ginger, basil, lemon and ginger ale is astonishingly good!
