Unfortunately, Bamboo closed its doors in July 2012. Before this Bamboo was considered one of the Island’s hot-spots and was well known for its contemporary Japanese cuisine, specialty martinis and great service. Unfortunately after a refurbishment this vibrant Japanese restaurant became less popular. Otherwise it featured an outdoor dining area, making it the only sushi restaurant in Grand Cayman with an ocean view and an excellent spot to watch the sunset over Seven Mile Beach. The menu featured a wide array of sushi and sashimi, as well as a variety of hot dishes and vegetarian options.
