The menu reflects neighbourhood favourites along with Ortanique's Executive Chef Sara Mair's flavourful and seasonally diverse nightly specials she calls 'Cuisine of the Sun'. By concentrating on the wonderful taste combinations of fruits, fish, vegetables and traditional tropical seasonings, Ortanique offers diners authentic cuisine with a fresh, light attitude. Choose from spicy to fruit-infused and everything in between knowing that the Ortanique team of Chefs have prepared local ingredients and Caribbean love in every dish.

Temptation Tuesday Wine & Cheese

Join us every second Tuesday at Ortanique for an evening with good friends and family and try something Unique at Camana Bay.  Executive Chef Sara Mair, Bartender Christian Esser and Carrie from Premier Wines & Spirits will be putting together two new delectable boards with both imported and house-made cheeses. Tantalize your taste buds as they pair each cheese with one of their favorite wines.

Full Moon Caja China Pig Roast

Join us to celebrate the Full Moon on The Island at Camana Bay.  As Executive Chef Sara Mair and Sous-Chef Mike Fischetti fire up the Caja China Grill, you and the entire family can dance the night away barefoot under the Full Moon light. An all-you-can-eat feast, endless award winning Bacardi Mojitos, Beer & Wine, live DJ and a night you won't soon forget.
