Had another wonderful dinner at Ragazzi 's beginning with the delicious Lobster Quesadillas. We love the variety of pizzas here and had the pizza special this evening. The pasta dishes and fresh seafood are also amazing. We always begin our first night out at Ragazzi when on-Island and will return again before our departure. The staff is wonderful... always making sure we have the perfect dining experience.

The pasta was excellent. I tried the fusilli and my daughter had the lasagna. Both were excellent! Thin crust pizzas were good too. I would definitely go back.

Great Food, awesome service and the value was very good for Cayman. The only complaint is the noisy setting and tables on top of each other.

Very nice experience. Server was a bit less friendly and abrupt....that one would have liked. However, it did not diminish the experience.

We've been to Ragazzi dozens of times over the last decade. It is a staple in our Grand Cayman vacation. Typically a couple of times a week. Pizza one time, dinner the next. But tonight was our first Spring Break experience. The restaurant was busier than we've ever seen it. But the service was even better than we have ever seen. They rocked it! I couldn't give a higher rating. 20++++

We are from New York and love our Italian cooking. We are always skeptical of eating Italian food outside of New York as it is usually below par. Well, Ragazzi is like a little piece of Italy. From start to finish, an amazing dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent.

We ate at Ragazzi for the first time and it was easily our best meal in the Caymans. Food and service were excellent. I had a special that night, saffron gnocchi in a short rib and porchini ragout and it was spectacular. My wife had snapper that she loved and our son ordered a pizza that didn't last long. Everything about this place was great and it was reasonably priced (for the Caymans). We'll be back.

A favorite on Seven Mile Beach. Delicious food, very friendly and accommodating service . Pizza and marsala chicken were delicious, veggies cooked just right. Way too noisy for conversation (for this seventy plus year old!) but not surprising for such a lively place!

We love coming to Ragazzi every time we visit the island. They continue to have excellent food, wine selection, and service. They did not dissappoint this time either. We love them!

My wife and I ate at this restaurant twice during our week holiday. Food was superb! Loved the Conch Chowder; had multiple entrees with the Seafood linguine being my wife's favorite. Chocolate cake was fantastic. And a must (and my favorite) is the mushroom ravioli in truffle oil...... Unbelievable. Heard from a reliable source that this dish is the chef's 'Andreotti' specialty. I'm a believer! Service was outstanding with courtesy and watchful eyes by the entire staff to keep you as a satisfied customer.

The food was very good and their pizza was excellent-- coming from New York that is a plus for them! Our waitress, Agnes, was exceptional. When we first came in, we were seated by the door and we asked to please change our table. (Glad we did because the waitress for that area had a severe attitude problem.) I would definitely recommend eating here.

For the past five years, we haved dined on several occasions at at Ragazzi during our stay in Grand Cayman. It is our favorite restaurant on the island. In every ocasion I have been impressed with the food and the service. Their dishes are unique and exquisite. I highly recommend Ragazzi.

My wife and I had a lovely dinner at Ragazzi. The service was wonderful, and the food was great. Coming from NY/NJ, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza. The Wild Mushroom Ravioli was outstanding as well. They have a very comfortable atmosphere, and very nice wine selection, and a nice diversity on the menu. Prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely go again.

Ragazzi's is definitely one of the best restaurants on the Island. Last year my friend and I went to Grand Cayman for a week and we must of eaten at Ragazzi's at least 5 times. It's that good, and you definitely have to try the pizza. The staff was very personable and friendly and we can't wait to go back again this coming May. Ragazzi here we come.

Had the pleasure of eating at Ragazzi just this past week, January 17, 2010. Food was very good. My wife and I especially enjoyed the sautéed calamari appetizer. Our main dishes were very good as well. Would recommend it highly. Wait staff was very attentive, especially the main waitress who was from Chile.

We walked into Ragazzi for an early dinner July 6, 2009. The dining room was beautiful, but nearly empty, so I thought the waiter was joking when he asked if we had a reservation. Within 30 minutes the dining room was full, so making reservations is probably a good idea. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, the servers efficient and friendly, and the prices typical of good restaurants in the Caymans. We will definitely return to Ragazzi on our next trip.

I had dinner with my family at Ragazzi tonight and was highly disappointed. I am a local and usually get good service but I was appalled at how badly my family was treated. Our waiter messed up our order and then tried to rush one of the dishes he forgot, resulting in him bringing raw fish (Mahi Mahi) to the table for my mother. I can accept an apology had he explained what had happened but instead we were left to wait for half an hour wondering where my mother’s dinner was. I felt that I should be courteous and tell the waiter that I did not feel that I should pay the full gratuity as I was not satisfied with the service he argued with me instead of apologizing which is not acceptable. Restaurants in Cayman are struggling to stay open and will need locals to keep them afloat until the recession blows over. Therefore they should treat all customers (especially locals) with exceptional service at all times. Cayman has a reputation for bad service to locals but these same restaurants need to realize that we make Cayman what it is and they have to learn to treat locals just as they would treat any other customer.

My wife and I are never on Cayman more than two days before we hit Ragazzi, one of those places we dream about when the weather in Chicago gets frigid and unforgiving. Found at the rear of a small shopping center directly across the street from the Cayman Beach Suites (the former Hyatt), the entryway belies the comfort to be found within. We usually go for lunch (as is our custom) and often find the restaurant energetically busy (reservations are advised at dinner.) The wait staff is always gracious, even when we want to save our waistlines and split a meal between us. The last visit featured Ragazzi’s spectacular version of the caprese salad: soft, moist, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices (a little mealy—all of Cayman seems tomato-challenged), fresh basil leaves, and incredible aged balsamic, so thick as to stick to everything, with a hint of sweet licorice. Fantastic. The charming waitress divided our pasta into two perfectly-sized luncheon portions. We chose the alfredo with bacon. Perhaps it could have been a soupçon moister, (how the chef gets the sauce to adhere so perfectly to the noodles I have no idea) but what a taste!, the bacon ideally tender and flavorful, the pasta firm on the tongue. Don’t neglect Ragazzi’s pizzas—the best on Cayman (we always go back later during our visit for one). They feature thin, genuine Italianate crusts, generous toppings and delicious flavor. One is enough for two careful diners. Our favorite they call the Gypsy: pepperoni, onions, roasted peppers and black olives. I want one right now. Ragazzi is heaven.

Ragazzi was by far our favourite place to eat on CI. Everything we ordered was amazingly delicous. Best food on the Island!

I am Italian, as you can probably tell from my name. I usually don't go out for Italian food, however, after eating at Ragazzi a number of years ago, and every year since, I can't wait to eat there again this year when we return in October! The food and service were fantastic! I have tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. Makes my mouth water to think about our last dinner there. Everything was great!

Being fans of good Italian food, my husband and I chose Ragazzi for an evening out while staying on 7 Mile Beach. The restaurant is tucked away in a corner of a shopping area. After a glass of wine at the attractive bar (I ordered Merlot, but when I inquired as to the type, the bartender replied "Italian"-not the answer I was looking for) we chose to sit outdoors. We quickly changed our minds & requested to be seated indoors to avoid the cigarette smoke of another patron The restaurant is attractively decorated, with a cozy, intimate atmosphere. They have a large, climate controlled wine room. The wait staff was attentive & knowledgeable, and the menu offered a variety of intriguing selections. We opted for their oven-fired pizzas, as these were highly touted. I ordered the Gipsy, my husband selected the Sicilian(?), both with added mushrooms. While the crusts were nice and crisp, we were disappointed the pizzas came with canned mushrooms. As the evening progressed and the restaurant became busier, the noise level in the room became so loud we could not carry on our conversation without shouting at one another. Overall, we were not too thrilled with our experience at Ragazzi.
