Brunch in Cayman
Best Brunch 2017
The illustrious English writer Guy Beringer gave birth to the word “brunch” in 1895, writing in his famous piece Brunch: A Plea, that “brunch is cheerful, social… and makes you satisfied with yourself and your fellow beings...” All still true Mr. Beringer! Now a global phenomenon, brunch is firmly a Cayman institution. Relish the joy of sleeping in on Sunday morning? Why not wake up feeling refreshed, before you begin the steady march—of the famished— into the Island’s hottest restaurants! From dim sum spreads to sumptuous Boulangerie brunches and of course splashes of bubbles in-between, Cayman has it all! We think Mr Beringer would approve.
Agua has quickly established itself as one of the leading and progressive seafood restaurants on-Island, with an eclectic menu that reflects the creativity of their multicultural brigade from Peru, Malaysia, India, Austria and Italy. Sample their famous very fresh ceviches, fresh oysters, sashimi and European cold meats, as well as a hot buffet that includes beef tenderloin, local fish, homemade pasta and paella. Classic desserts such as profiteroles are offered alongside semifreddo and bomboloni. With a central location, elegant setting, attentive hosts and servers, brunch at Agua is a winner.PHONE: 949 2482 • Galleria Plaza, SMB
