The Brasserie’s wine programme showcases a diversity of wines, each of which reflects their commitment to delivering outstanding value to their clientele, without compromising on quality. This achievement has been recognised by Wine Spectator, which has bestowed upon the Brasserie their Restaurant Wine List Award of Excellence for the past three consecutive years. Given the care and attention that is paid to selecting each wine on The Brasserie's list, it is only natural that equal emphasis would be given to protecting the integrity of those wines once they reach the restaurant. The Brasserie's wine selection is kept in perfect condition by their temperature and humidity controlled walk in cellar. That selection now includes over 325 labels; rest assured, The Brasserie’s in-house wine specialist will be delighted to help you explore their range and suggest a wine to perfectly compliment your meal. |

Most of the whites are hand-picked from the northern part of Italy, Austria and California. Indeed, it is claimed that Austrian wines are the perfect “food wines” as they enhance and complement the spices of Caribbean flavours. Wine connoisseurs dining at Grand Old House are encouraged to select the vintage of their choice from the Wine Room and can even request a private tasting. Grand Old House also boasts one of the largest Armagnac collections in the world starting with a vintage from 1888! |

All their wines are stored in temperature-controlled cellars and served in crystal stemware to ensure that the wine is delicious. |
